POLICIES

1. SHIPPING: Average delivery times vary between 4-6 weeks. Shipments are sent via USPS and/or UPS Ground services. Air services may be arranged during the ordering process and are paid for by the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

2. PAYMENT: Full payment is due after approval of artwork. Customers requesting a sample will be charged for the die fee and any services or material associated with creating sample coins. Full production runs will not be authorized until we receive full payment for your order.

3. REORDERS: Simple and easy, just send us an email or give us a call with your customer number and let us know how many coins you need. Balance must be paid in full at time of reorder and unless otherwise stated customer is responsible for shipping charges.

4. CANCELLATION or ORDER CHANGES: Because this is a specialty/custom made order, cancellations cannot be granted after the order has been placed. Changes to an order may result in a delay of delivery as well as any additional charges. If production of your coin has already been started, changes will not be accepted.
